Online check-in works great and I like that I can see the wait time. Arrived within my check-in time frame, was taken to chair immediatedly after check-in. Sky, my stylist, was very friendly and personable and did a great job cutting and styling my hair. She asked what I wanted, listened to what I said and delivered on my expectations. Best overall massage I've had at sports clips and she even have me a new product recommendation. Awesome visit.

Can't write a review because I did not get a haircut. You guys don't accept appointments, so we are stuck with trying to check in on line. When you look on line and see the stylists you want you get in your car and go to the store. Only to find out they aren't there. Not a very good system at all. Got plenty of apologies from the lady at the desk, which was nice, but I wasted my time and gas for nothing. It is not their fault. They do a great job. It is the system they are stuck with. Poor way to treat your customers. I suggest using an APP like open table which restraunts use before you lose all your customers.

My experience here has been pleasant in the past. They were courteous and efficient. However, there are new stylists and new management and the new staff is definitely lacking in people skills and cutting ability. After leaving, my son told me how displeased he was with his cut. We were back in the store within 3 minutes. When we walked back in, the stylist that cut his hair was wrapping up with a customer. I told her he was not happy. She went to take us again and the manager told her she had to make a new ticket. We are now waiting again to be "fixed". Not only were they not accommodating to an unhappy customer, they were extremely rude. I miss the former staff.
